L/C allows for goods to be shipped from European Port by 30th September with partial shipment prohibited. B/L included with documentation for negotiation evidence some cargo loaded on board vessel "Go anywhere" in Southampton on 26th September and some cargo loaded on same vessel in Rotterdam on 30th September. Negotiating Bank refused to pay on basis partial shipment made. You will (Note: Goods in two lots were discharged at the same destination)
