Within 7 days after signing the contract of this construction project by both parties, Party B shall pay to Party A a performance deposit amounting to 10% of the total project cost, or provide an irrevocable bank surety payable at sight．The deposit or surety shall be refunded without interest to Party B after completion of the project.
