An issuing bank wishes to obtain the security of the goods by means of a Combined/ Multimodal Transport Bill of Lading, it may insist 3 points from the following 5 points:

  (1)( ) The document covers the entire voyage.

  (2)( ) All originals of the transport document (if issusd in more than one original) are to be received by them.

  (3)( ) There is an on board notation subsequent to receipt of goods and transportation to the port of loading for the sea journey.

  (4)( ) The journey of transportation does not involve a final part by sea to the country of import.

  (5)( ) The Multimodal Transport Document has been endorsed to the other person as transferee.
